We may collect and process information that you give to us by filling in forms on our website www.dotandabove.com or by corresponding with us by phone, e-mail, in person or otherwise. Data which can be used to identify you, or Personal Data, we collect about you may include your name, date of birth, email address, billing/delivery address, orders and products you have purchased from us and telephone numbers. We may also collect information about your social media handles if you interact with us through those platforms.

We do not have access to your passwords for any accounts you hold on this website as this information is encrypted. Additionally, we do not collect any information about the payment methods you use as we use a third-party payment processor Stripe. We run our website on Squarespace, our mailing list is operated by MailChimp, our social media channels are operated on Facebook and Instagram and we learn about the visitors to our website using Google Analytics. Additionally, when you visit our website, we automatically collect certain anonymised information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Payment processing

Payment details you provide on our website will be encrypted using secure sockets layer (SSL) technology before they are submitted to us over the internet. Payments made on our website are made through our payment gateway provider, Stripe.  You will be providing credit or debit card information directly to Stripe which operates a secure server to process payment details, encrypting your credit/debit card information and authorising payment. Information which you supply to Stripe is not within our control and is subject to Stripe’s own privacy policy and terms and conditions.
